When are Board meetings held?
Board meetings are held on the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month (with some exceptions). Board meetings commence at 7:30 pm in the J. L. Milne Boardroom, Administration Office, 1031 - 6th Street, Brandon, MB.
Who can make a presentation at a Board meeting?
Anyone can make a presentation at a Regular Board meeting by either of the following methods.
Presentation by Letter: A letter addressed to the Chairperson or Secretary-Treasurer should clearly explain the matter to be addressed. If representation is made by letter, the Board, and possibly a committee, will consider the matter raised and you will be notified by letter as to the disposition of the matter.
Presentation in Person: A brief written explanation of the matter for consideration by the Board should be submitted to the Secretary-Treasurer on or before the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month. This correspondence will be placed in the next agenda package so that trustees have adequate time to review the material prior to the Board meeting. You will be advised of the appropriate time and date to make your presentation.
