National Flag of Canada Half-Masting Notice: Passing of the Right Honourable Martin Brian Mulroney

In commemoration of the passing of the Right Honourable Martin Brian Mulroney, P.C., C.C., G.O.Q., all BSD schools and facilities will lower their flags to half-mast from March 19, 2024, until sunset on the day of the memorial service, March 23, 2024.
