• Site Visit/Pre-Bid Meeting: A mandatory site visit/pre-bid meeting has been scheduled at the current Prairie Hope High School location, which will serve as the meeting point, as follows: 
  • Location and meeting point: Current Prairie Hope High School, 638 Princess Avenue, Brandon, Manitoba 
  • Date and Time: October 14, 2026, at 8:30 AM local time 

Proponents are to meet at the front office before 8:30 AM to sign the site attendance sheet.
