International Stress Awareness Week (November 2-6, 2026)

A group of mindfulness support stickers with text that reads: International Stress Awareness Week – November 2-6, 2026

International Stress Awareness Week is observed annually to raise awareness about the impact of stress on mental and physical health and highlight the importance of managing stress in healthy ways. It also encourages open conversations about mental health and reminds us that seeking support is a sign of strength.

Creating supportive environments at home, in schools, and in the workplace can help people feel comfortable talking about stress and accessing the support they need.

Supporting the well-being, mental health, and safety of students, staff, and families is a key priority for Brandon School Division.

Visit Student Wellness & Safety Resources (bsd.ca) to explore resources and supports for student wellness and safety. If you or someone you know needs immediate assistance, reach out to a trusted adult or call 911.
