Administrator of Continuous Improvement

Brandon School Division Senior Administration is pleased to announce that Ingrid Gross has been appointed Administrator of Continuous Improvement, effective September 6, 2022.

Ms. Gross has 28 years of experience in education, 27 of those years within Brandon School Division, in the areas of leadership, school development planning, staff development, adult learning, program planning and implementation, curriculum development and instructional designing, curriculum mapping, assessment, differentiated instruction, student engagement, critical thinking, information communication technologies, and Observable Impact. 

Ms. Gross holds a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction; Bachelor of Education (Senior Years); and a Bachelor of Arts (History & French).
