Report Cards

• Report cards are available for pick up in the main office, until noon on Friday, June 30. Otherwise, report cards can be picked up after August 28^th. 
• Student’s grades can also be viewed using the PowerSchool parent portal. 

Timetables 

• Student timetables for 2023 – 2024 will be available in PowerSchool after August 14.
• If you would like to request a change to your timetable, you can use this form after August 21.
• Counsellors will begin responding to timetable change requests after August 29.

If you require PowerSchool support, you can contact the Massey main office after August 21 (204-729-3170).

Login info

• Teams Chat will be disabled over the summer break.
• Students will be able to log in to Office 365 and PowerSchool over the summer using their current password.
• All student passwords will be reset a day or two before the first day of classes. The reset password will be the default of: $<student initials><student number> eg. $ab12345
• Grade 9 students will be given their PowerSchool access ID and password during orientation

• The main office will be closed for the summer, opening August 22^nd. 
• During July, Student Services will be open Tuesday to Thursday from 7:30am to 2:30pm and will be closed from August 1^st to 19^th. 
• Please note the school doors are locked at all times and visitors must ring the doorbell for access. 
• If you require a transcript during August 1^st to 19^th, please fill out the transcript request form on the Vincent Massey website and return to mclean.carmen@bsd.ca.

September 

• Students in grades 10, 11, and 12: your first day is Thursday, Sept 7.

Reminder: lockers will be assigned, and you will receive your locker and combination on your first day

• Picture day is Monday, Sept 11.
• Meet the Teacher Night is Thursday, Sept 21.
