Parent/Guardian Teacher Interviews

Earl Oxford School parent teacher conferences are now using the PTCFast scheduling system to book interview times. 

Kindergarten to Grade 8, Parents/Guardians now have the convenience to book your own time for your child's student/Parent/Teacher virtual online conferences! Your child's classroom teacher will receive a notification as to which time you have booked. Please watch for emails to sign up. 

Our parent teacher conference dates are:

November 16, 2023     4:00 pm - 6:00 pm

November 17, 2023       9:00 am - 3:30 pm 

March 14, 2024               4:00 pm - 6:00 pm

March 15, 2024              9:00 am - 3:30 pm
