10:50-12:00 AM: Condensed Timetable Walkthrough

12:00 - 1:00 PM: BBQ Lunch

1:20 - 2:30 PM: Scavenger Hunt

2:30 - 3:20 PM: Grade Wars in the Gym

PowerSchool: grade 9 students will be given their PowerSchool access ID and password during orientation.

Parent Orientation Evening: Wednesday, September 9th, 6:00 - 7:00 PM in the Gym

PowerSchool Parent Portal

1. Visit the PowerSchool Parent Portal website: https://brandon.powerschool.com/public/ 
2. To create an account: Choose the create account tab. Click on ‘Create Account’.
3. Enter YOUR name, email, a username, and password. 
4. Enter your STUDENT’S name, their Access ID, and Access Password (provided by the school). Scroll to the bottom and click enter.
5. Check your email account for an email from PowerSchool. Click the verification link!
6. Optional: Add the PowerSchool app to your phone! You’ll need the district code: XSWZ

Add a student to an existing account: 

1. Log on to the PowerSchool Parent Portal (not on the app).
2. Select Account Preferences.
3. Choose the Students tab. 
4. Add
5. Enter your Student’s name, their Access ID, and Access Password.
