Information for Student Parent Teacher Conferences

2025-2026

PARENT TEACHER CONFERENCES: Will be held on April 16 & 17, 2026. An email will be sent when PTC Fast has opened for booking.

Please note: 

• Individual Education Plan (IEP) meetings will be scheduled through a separate process as they involve a teaming aspect.
• EAL meetings will be scheduled through the EAL Resource team to accommodate interpreters. 

REPORT CARDS: Report cards will be handed out to prior to conferences during a homeroom meeting. If your child is not here during that time, students may pick up their report card from the main office. Parents can also view grades on the PowerSchool Parent Portal. 

POWERSCHOOL PARENT PORTAL:

We encourage all parents to join the PowerSchool Parent Portal, it’s the #1 way to stay connected! The portal can be used to view your student’s: 

• Attendance
• Grades
• Missing Assignments
• Daily School Announcements

Attached are instructions to help you create an account or add a student to your existing account. You will need your student’s access ID and access password, which the main office can provide either by calling 204-729-3170 or emailing vincentmassey@bsd.ca. The website is: https://brandon.powerschool.com/public/.
