EXTRA CURRICULAR CLUBS

Are you interested in a relaxing place and looking for some quiet time to create crafts or to learn a new one? Join Craft Club! Whether it is knitting, crocheting, embroidering, beading or building miniatures—anything goes! Students who are interested in joining can come for a brief information session with Mrs. Lamb on Friday, January 16 at 12:20 in the art room (Room 4).

SPORTS

Indoor track waivers are available in the office and on the track bulletin board. Please return by January 19^th. 

ESPORTS members should check TEAMS regarding meetings this week.

Congratulations to the Junior Varsity Boys Basketball team for winning the Vincent Massey Tournament this weekend and finishing the tournament undefeated!

The Viking hockey team had a busy weekend. On Friday, a road trip found the team in a tight 1-1 game with Sandy Bay until Dunc did his best spin-o-rama slapper and scored with under a minute left in the game to give the Vikings the lead. Hunter stood tall in net to secure the root beers for the fellas, with the final score 2-1 for the Vikings.  

Saturday, the team was back home and ousted Birtle in an 11-0 victory. Sunday had the team back at the Sportsplex with a game against Reston. The Vikings came out on top, with Ethan Cullen starting things off, and Madden Cheung capping off his weekend with a win between the pipes. Practice tomorrow and Wednesday before a weekend tournament in Morden starting Friday.
