Hello Waverly Park Parents!!

 

We hope that everyone has had an enjoyable summer break. In just two weeks it will be the first day of school! Please see important information and dates below: 

 

  • Waverly Park Open House - Tuesday, September 5th from 1:00 to 3:00. During this time students and parents can come in, bring their school supplies, meet the teachers and see the classrooms. **Kindergarten Students please adhere to the schedule sent out in your summer package information from Mrs. Cameron.

 

  • Wednesday, September 6th – first day of school for all students!

 

  • LUNCH PROGRAM – information will be sent out next week regarding the Waverly Park Lunch Program registration.

 

  • Canteen – The WP Canteen will be up and running for the 2023-2024 year. Tentative opening date is September 18th. More details will be sent out.

 

  • Volunteers and coaches – we will always welcome parent volunteers and coaches at Waverly Park. Please reach out to the school (williams.brooke@bsd.ca) if you are interested in helping at any capacity. 

 

  • Bell Times:
    1. Warning Bell: 8:40am
    2. Classes Start: 8:45am
    3. Lunch 12:00 – 1:00pm
    4. Warning Bell: 1:00pm
    5. Classes Start: 1:05pm
    6. End of Day: 3:20pm

 

We hope that the end of summer continues to be filled with wonderful memories, however we look forward to seeing our school community come alive again in September! If you have any questions, please email or call.
