  • DEBIT IS NOW AVAILABLE!!! A debit machine is now available at the school to make payments faster and more convenient. It can be used for canteen purchases and school/sport fees. Please note that the machine accepts debit and credit cards. Cash, cheque, and School Cash online payments will still be accepted!

  • A reminder to all Grade 9 students participating in Take Our Kids to Work Day: Please hand in your forms as soon as possible! Students attending a school-hosted placement must submit their forms by October 16. All other forms are due October 22. Don't wait until the last minute! Please get your forms in as quickly as possible.

  • On Thursday October 29, there will be a school wide lunch (Pasta with white sauce and a bun) for all Neelin students and staff. Please sign up in the canteen if you would like to participate by Oct 23.

  • Neelin Fall School Clothing Order is happening now!  Here is the link to the Online Store which closes on Sunday, October 25 at 11:59pm:

Punch cards are available for $20 (cash or cheque). See Mrs. Meek in the front office or Mrs. Lair in the canteen if you would like to purchase one. 

Debit is now available for canteen purchases!!


REMINDERS

  • Just a reminder that hats/toques/hoods are not to be worn in the school. Backpacks and jackets are to be kept in your locker and lockers are to be locked at all times!
  • Reminder that we are a scent free school. Please refrain from using perfumes, colognes, or other highly scented products. 
  • Reminder as well about the cell phone policy in place at Neelin.  No cell phones are to be seen or used by any student during instructional time (either in the classroom or in the halls), unless authorized by a teacher for educational purposes. Cell phones are allowed during class transitions, lunch, spares, and before/after school.
  • Please remember that our library is a quiet space for students to work that is a no-food zone. Please work quietly and do not eat in the library.
  • Reminder when purchasing food from the canteen to please return the reusable plastic baskets!
