Parent/Guardian Teacher Interviews

Earl Oxford School parent teacher conferences are now using the PTCFast scheduling system to book interview times. 

Kindergarten to Grade 8, Parents/Guardians now have the convenience to book your own time for your child's student/Parent/Teacher virtual online conferences! Your child's classroom teacher will receive a notification as to which time you have booked. Please watch for emails to sign up. 

Our parent teacher conference dates are:

March 12, 2026     4:00 - 6:00 pm

March 13, 2026     9:00 - 3:35 pm
