Convocation Date: June 24, 2024

Grad Meeting & Parent Meeting – Thursday, April 18, 2024 - 6:30pm

• Information - Ms. Zelmer, Mrs. Rybuck, Ms. Emberly

• Over 18 – sign form for parent access – front office
• TEAMS, CP website, parent messenger

1. Requirements to Graduate (Ms. Zelmer, Mrs. Rybuck)
   • Grades – completing course work on time
   • Attendance

• Scholarships / Awards (Ms. Porter, Mrs. Wronowski)

• Due date – April 26
• Information packages – Ms. Zelmer
• Governor General – criteria
• Valedictorian – selection process

• Items to Submit for Grad

• Grad application & full payment- overdue! (Ms. Zelmer, Mrs. Rybuck)
• Baby photo for slide show (Mrs. Kasprick)

• Photographer at Grad  

• CP photography teacher to take photos with diploma - emailed to parents

• Gowns (Mrs. Chambers)

• Cap and gown available approximately one week prior to grad
• Email will be sent out to notify when available - Pick up at school
• Take any photos with cap and gown before grad
• Caps – keep
• Gowns – return immediately after ceremony

• Ceremony (Mrs. McColl)

1. June 24 at 1pm – Keystone Centre (be there at 12:15pm)
   • Meet in hitching ring – line up alphabetically
     • Rush seating for guests (encouraged to stay for duration of grad)
     • Rehearsal – Friday, June 21 - 2:30pm
     • Canteen will not be open during grad
     • Cannot be under the influence of alcohol or drugs at / prior to grad
     • Grand march – immediately following ceremony (optional)
