Orange Shirt Day

shirt

Join us on September 26th by wearing an "Orange Shirt" to honor and remember the Indigenous children who were forced into the Canadian residential school system which led to the loss of their culture, freedom, and self-esteem.  Wearing an orange shirt serves as a visual reminder and a commitment to learning about the history of residential schools and the ongoing impacts on Indigenous communities, acting as a pledge to cultural safety and reconciliation.
