Ancient Mayan Masks

Mrs. Harrison Grade 7/8 class made Ancient Mayan Masks. Students made these FROM SCATCH with paper mache and natural materials (stone, wood, bone, jade, clay). These are all materials that the Ancient Mayans would have used to create their own masks. Students chose to create either a Death Mask or an Event Mask.
