The week of November 9-15, 2025, has been proclaimed as “Bullying Awareness and Prevention Week” by the Honourable Tracy Schmidt, Minister of Education & Early Childhood Learning.

Bullying occurs across various settings, including schools, homes, workplaces, communities, and in digital spaces and negatively affects individuals, families, and society.  Students who experience bullying are at risk of developing a range of physical and socio-emotional problems.

By working together, we will enhance our ability to build safer school communities where all students are respected, supported, and empowered to engage in the highest quality learning experiences.
