Potential Canada Post Service Disruption
-3.jpg)
A potential service disruption with Canada Post may impact mail services in the near future. While it is not certain if or when a strike will occur, we want to be prepared for possible disruptions and ensure everyone is aware of alternative arrangements for sending and receiving important documents.
If a strike occurs, it could lead to delays in the delivery and receipt of mail and impact our communication with parents/guardians, the delivery of invoices and payments, and other essential items that are usually processed through Canada Post.
We will continue to monitor the situation and provide further updates as necessary.
To ensure timely and uninterrupted payments, we encourage our vendors to sign up for our Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) system. This service allows for quick and secure direct deposit payments directly into your bank account.
How to Sign Up for Electronic Funds Transfer:
- Complete the EFT Enrollment Form: Please access the enrollment form through the link provided below.
- Submit a Voided Cheque: Along with the completed form, include a PDF copy of a voided cheque that contains your bank routing information. This step is crucial to ensure accurate deposit details.
- Email Your Documents: Send your completed form and voided cheque to accounts@bsd.ca.
By choosing EFT, you benefit from faster payment processing and avoid delays caused by postal service disruptions.
