Was your child born in 2021?  If you answered yes, it's time to start thinking about Kindergarten! 


If you have a child entering Kindergarten in September 2026, we invite you to join us on Wednesday, January 14, 2026, from 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm in the Gymnasium at Betty Gibson School, located at 701 - 12th Street, Brandon (doors will open at 6:00 pm).

Information will be provided related to: 

  • Registration process and documentation required; 
  • Types of kindergarten programming; 
  • French Immersion registration process; 
  • EAL registration process; 
  • Identifying your catchment area school; 
  • Transportation; 
  • Lunch programs; 
  • Before & after school programs; and 
  • What to expect after registration. 

 

If you are unable to attend this meeting in person, you can catch the live stream on our website at www.bsd.ca beginning at 6:30 pm.
