April 6th, 2020 Update - Pick Up and Drop Off Plan
Starting Monday, April 6th until further notice - parents and students will be able to drop off and pick up school programming, if needed, between 9:00 - 12:00 & 1:00 - 3:30 using the following measures:
Programming Drop Off - to return completed work to teachers - a drop off box will be outside the main southeast doors. Please have all work labelled with student and teacher name. Place the work in the slot in the box.
Programming Pick Up - to pick up work please come to the main southeast door. A staff memeber will let one person in at a time - if no staff member is present please ring the door bell. You must sanatize your hands and then can go to the labelled teachers' boxes to retrieve any paper programming.
If you have questions please call the office at 204-729-3900.
If your child's teacher has communicated that paper packages will be used during the closure - they are now available for pick up in the foyer from 9:00am - 3:30pm at Crocus Plains. All boxes are labeled by teacher. Please use the main southeast door for entry.
As a response to COVID-19, Crocus Plains teachers are in the process of planning "at home" programming for students. Some teachers are moving towards an online delivery for course materials and some teachers will provide paper packages. Teachers will be in contact with parents to outline programming for each course during the closure.
If your child's teachers has communicated that your child's "at home" programming will be paper based, those packages will be available for pick up beginning Friday, March 20th at 1:00pm in the main foyer of the school.
If your child's teacher has communicated that your child's "at home" programming will be online, please use the Office 365 link above to connect with Teams.
If you are using an email address that you would like the school to use but that the school may not be aware of, please contact us.
CP staff are establishing a system for lending laptops to students who absolutely need them to support their learning. A short onsite tutorial with our IT Specialist and a parent signature (for students under the age of 18) will be required before a laptop leaves the school. The lending process will begin on Friday, March 20th at noon.
We appreciate your patience and support during this challenging time.
