Mrs. Elaine McFadzen

Brandon School Division Senior Administration and Board of Trustees are pleased to announce that Mrs. Elaine McFadzen has been appointed as Assistant Superintendent effective August 1, 2019. She will continue in her Acting Assistant Superintendent role until June 30, 2019.
Mrs. McFadzen has been employed with the Brandon School Division since 1999. During this time, she has worked as a Classroom Teacher and Resource Teacher at Vincent Massey High School, a Vice-Principal at Vincent Massey High School and Crocus Plains Regional Secondary School, and most recently as Acting Assistant Superintendent for Brandon School Division since September, 2018.
Mrs. McFadzen holds a Bachelor of Education with Honours, a Graduate Diploma in Special Education, and a Master's of Education in Special Education from Brandon University. Mrs. McFadzen also holds a Level 1 School Administrator's Certificate from Manitoba Education & Training.
Mrs. McFadzen brings to this position considerable educational experience in leadership, student relations and school involvement, demonstrating excellent leadership skills. She is well respected by parents, students, colleagues, and the community. We are very pleased to have her continue in the role on a permanent basis.
