The Brandon School Division has a variety of support staff positions which are classified as administrative support and/or technical in nature, and which are not represented by a certified bargaining unit (often referred to as "out of scope").

Applications are reviewed by the Director of Human Resources and forwarded to the appropriate supervisory staff for final short listing and interview. Note that only those candidates selected for an interview are contacted. Following interview, the supervisor submits his/her recommendation for employment to the Director of Human Resources for approval by the Secretary-Treasurer. An offer of employment is made to the successful candidate by the Director of Human Resources as soon as possible. Once an offer of employment is accepted, all other candidates who were selected for interview are notified.
